We started using Office Australia in September 2011 as a trial for plant hire and spring water, back in September 2011.

We had just moved into new premises in East Melbourne and had some great spaces in which to enjoy some fresh leafy greenery. The fortnightly servicing of plants is always conducted in a quiet and efficient manner, and those plants needing some ‘respite’ care are always replaced without question.

Plant repositioning and/or changeover is never any problem either.

Our whole office team really enjoys having the natural spring water bottles at hand. The placement of bottles on the cooling dispenser is easy, and the choice of room temperature or cooled water caters for everyone. Office Australia keeps on top on our empty bottle count, and always endeavours to deliver asap if we run short unexpectedly. The signed delivery note for water makes it easy to reconcile with the monthy invoice.

Overall, we are delighted with the service provided by Office Australia – the healthy environment created by the plants and the ability to remain well hydrated in an office environment, all assist in creating a great workplace.
